How to get around?

when you arrive by metro in Hoek van Holland u can choose 2 different stations. The first station will be ''Hoek van Holland haven''. This station is in the middle of the city center. The second station will be ''Hoek van Holland strand'' which literally means ''Hoek van Holland beach''. If you get off here you will land with your feet in the sand! You are now standing on the beach of Hoek van Holland.

The city center is pretty small, there are a few shopping streets and and a few restaurants and cafés. Here you will find everything you need. In the surrounding streets you will find the houses of the local residents.

If you get off at the station ''Hoek van Holland strand'' the first thing you will notice is the beach, the beach pavilions and the beach villa's! You will hear the sound of the sea, the children that are playing and the music of inviting catering pavilions.
