Rotterdam beach is a 4 seasons seaside and beach resort, that means that every season has its own special events!

as an example during the winter season the beach pavilions have cozy equipment where you can dine or enjoy the beautiful white snow-covered beach. The Netherlands also has its own traditions in which you can participate such as Sinterklaas, the Christmas parade and hand off fireworks yourself.

The beach season will be officially opened every year on Ascension Day. This day takes place in May. Besides the summer parade, there are also large beach parties for tens of thousands of people. From this day the summer season is officially opened for Rotterdam Beach. 

During the summer there are several big festivals and always fun things to enjoy on the beach.

On the beach you will find, next to the many pavilions, an amusement arcade for young and old, nice shops and many beach activities.
